Lola Goski is a physical therapist, a practitioner of traditional Chinese medicine and a craniosacral therapist. She was recently a guest on the Healing with Coherence podcast, talking about her therapeutic career, her healing philosophy, and of course, the ways coMra has helped her in her work.

INTRODUCTION TO coMra1
Lola first treated herself with a coMra device while she was waiting for surgery on an injured thumb. First, she noticed a significant reduction in the pain and inflammation. After surgery, she used coMra to accelerate her recovery. After seeing the results, Lola began using coMra on her patients to treat a variety of acute and chronic conditions.
“coMra reminds the organism, the cells, of the state they used to be when they were in complete harmony, in complete health, in complete energy and high vibration, which is the usual state of the body of our beings. And by bringing that memory, the cells, or maybe even on a deeper level, something wakes up and basically feels a pull towards going back there. But it’s been only reminded by coMra that this is your optimal state.” – Lola Goski
HOW coMra HEALING WORKS1
coMra therapy doesn’t just treat the symptoms of an illness or injury – it helps the body to heal on a cellular level, promoting regeneration by stimulating the body’s innate healing capabilities. The low-intensity radiances from coMra don’t target and kill bacteria or viruses. Rather, they target the cells that need healing and help these cells to perform in harmony as they’re supposed to.
- Laser and magnetism stimulate the synthesis of adenosine triphosphate (ATP), an organic compound that provides the energy behind many important processes in the cells. Once the cells have more ATP, which translates to more energy, they’re able to function more effectively
- Colour LEDs deliver information to the cells to help harmonise the cycles of activity and rest.
- Ultrasound introduces a gentle vibration, helping to stimulate an unhealthy cell into a healthy rhythm of activity.
Your cells inherently “know” what function they need to perform, and as Lola says, coMra “reminds” them of what to do by coMra giving them the energy to carry out their functions properly.

ABOUT LOLA GOSKI1
Lola Goski first began her career as a physical therapist in the 1980s. She was later drawn to traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture as healing modalities in 1990, after she and her family were involved in a serious car accident. Here, says Lola, “I began to discover truly what holistic medicine was”.
Lola also studies craniosacral therapy (CST), a pain-relief technique that uses a light touch to release tension around the fascia, the body’s connective tissue network. She uses acupuncture, Chinese medicine, laser therapy and CST in her practice to treat her patient’s injuries in a fully holistic way.
