Beautiful skin radiates health from the inside out. External skincare products can only do so much – for truly healthy skin, you need a healthy body and mind.

Low-level laser therapy (LLLT) rejuvenates the skin by stimulating your body’s production of collagen, a protein that plays an important role in the structure and elasticity of the skin.1 LLLT also reduces inflammation, improves circulation, boosts antioxidant activity and promotes the repair of tissues.1,2 All these benefits promote clear, firm and healthy-looking skin by stimulating your body’s internal healing functions.

TREATING COMMON SKIN COMPLAINTS WITH coMra

comra-for-beautyDERMATOLOGY

Take care of troublesome skin conditions with coMra’s Dermatology protocols.

DERMATOLOGY 1 for eczema, psoriasis, neurodermatitis and skin allergies 3

  • This treatment targets key arteries and organs, as well as the affected areas of your skin
  • For best results, use this protocol together with UNIVERSAL 4 ( SB-1), which alleviates physical exhaustion to boost your overall wellbeing

DERMATOLOGY 2 for warts, plantar warts and warty bumps 3

Treating regular warts and warty bumps:

  • Place the terminal over the wart in contact with the skin, for 2 minutes @ 50 Hz
  • The wart will immediately start to shrivel
  • Continue treatment for 4-10 days, until the wart is ready to peel off

NOTE: Warty bumps (molluscum contagiosum) are infectious, which means the terminal must be properly sterilised after treatment after use.

Treating plantar warts:

  • Place the terminal over the wart in contact with the skin, for 5 minutes @ 5 Hz
  • Continue treatment for 4-10 days until completely cleared
  • After 3-4 days the dead parts of the wart will be pushed to the surface of the skin. They can be easily removed by soaking the affected area in hot water for 5 minutes, and then scraping away the dead skin gently with the thumbnail

DERMATOLOGY 3 for conditions affecting the fingernails and toenails 3

Treating psoriasis of the fingernails:

  • Scan along the tops of the fingers, for 2 minutes per finger @ 1000 Hz
  • Scan along the underside of the fingers, for 2 minutes per finger @ 50 Hz
  • Make sure the laser beam covers the fingernails as well
  • Use 1 x daily until completely cleared

Treating toenail fungus:

  • Scan along the tops of the toes, for 2 minutes per toe @ 1000 Hz
  • Scan along the underside of the toes, for 2 minutes per toe @ 50 Hz
  • Make sure the laser beam covers the toenails as well
  • Use 2 x daily until completely cleared
  • Fungal infections are highly contagious, so it’s important to follow strict personal hygiene practises during the period of treatment, to prevent recurring infections

DERMATOLOGY 4 for acne and dermographia (raised red lines on the skin) 3

Treating dermographia:

  • Mornings: Use UNIVERSAL 3 (BLOOD) every second day for 10 treatments
  • Evenings: Scan the affected area for 5 minutes per 10 cm2 @ 1000 Hz, with the terminal slightly fractionally above the skin, to avoid further irritation

Treating acne:

  • Mornings: Use UNIVERSAL 3 (BLOOD) every second day for 10 treatments
  • Evenings: Scan the affected area for 5 minutes per 10 cm2 @ 1000 Hz

We recommend applying UNIVERSAL 3 at least four times a year as a preventative health treatment, to promote overall wellness.

NOTE: coMra is a powerful modality. The uses described above are those recommended by the coMra User Guide. Experience over 10 years has shown that in the case of most chronic conditions, treatments can also be spread out to once or twice per week, without taking the breaks outlined in the guide.
